Double the Pleasure; Corcoran and Magnolia’s Team Up for Dinner

Corcoran Vineyards has teamed up with Magnolia’s in Purcellville for a 5 course wine dinner prepared by Chef Mark Marrocco on Thursday, February 26th at 7 pm. Each course will be perfectly paired with Corcoran Wines. Below is the menu, make sure to make your reservations today.
Welcome with Chardonnay
1st Course with Viognier
- Braised artichoke, dried tomatoes, hearts of palm, warm goat cheese, chervil vinaigrette.
2nd Course with Chambourcin
- Roast duck breast, cranberry cous cous, blackberry sauce.
3rd Course with Meritage - Hickory grilled beef tenderloin medallion, Meritage mushroom duxelle, eggplant baba ganoush.
4th Course with Malbec
- Chocolate bread pudding souffle, chocolate & vanilla bean sauce.
