Actually you want to wake up on Wednesday morning and check out Aaron McCloud, executive chef at Vintage 50, as he appears on CBS’s Morning Show at 9 AM. He’ll tell you all about the new herb and vegetable gardens that will let him prepare truly fresh-picked dishes. He literally goes from the studio back to the kitchen as he hosts a sold-out cooking class that evening. Another opportunity awaits those who join the chef at the newly installed chef’s table which seats 6-8 guests in the private room. Remember this restaurant offers both beer and wine pairings.
