Wildflowers at Wintergreen: Spring Symposium Celebrates the Season
Don’t miss a flower-filled spring weekend at Wintergreen Resort, when the 26th Annual Spring Wildflower Symposium welcomes visitors to discover the beauty of the Blue Ridge and its unique mountain ecosystems. Glean insights into the secret life of Virginia’s native orchids with the Smithsonian’s Melissa McCormick, follow in the footsteps of Native Americans with JMU’s Dr. Carole Nash, and journey to botanical hotspots with Chris Ludwig, co-author of The Flora of Virginia Project, to see beautiful wildflower gardens.
