A Passion for Virginia Wines

More and more restaurants are pairing their foods with Virginia wines. Passion Food Hospitality, the parent company of well-known restaurants DC Coast, Ten Penh, Ceiba, and Acadiana, and the newest sibling PassionFish at Reston Town Center, has a full listing of events at each of the restaurant’s sites.

PassionFish celebrates the season with the “Taste of Summer,” Tuesday, June 2 at 7PM. The five-course plus amuse bouche wine-paired dinner matches executive chef Chris Clime’s dishes with the wines of Fabbioli Cellars and 8 Chains North of Loudoun County.

Guests will dine on soft shells, truffles and morels, grouper, and octopus carpaccio. Dessert says summer: Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp. Wines include the Sauvignon Blanc, Rosa Luna, Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc, and Raspberry Merlot. So many great dishes; so many fine wines.
