The January 3, 2010, Washington Post Magazine gives chef Tarver King and his crew 2 1/2 stars for their great work at the Restaurant at The Ashby Inn. They strongly support the local farm community, and under Tarver’s leadership have given the restaurant an impressive bounty of creative fare.
